If your organization has a policy to fully embrace Artificial Intelligence, everywhere, all the time, then Forbes has some pointers on how to do that. The problem is that they leave out the critical component of AI governance.
At the recent IAPP conference in San Diego, the keynote speaker compared the advent of AI to the invention of the automobile. He noted correctly that it was the invention of brakes that allowed drivers to drive faster, knowing that they could stop safely.
We would discourage you from making your company AI First without embracing the critical concepts of AI Governance and Responsible AI. As a matter of fact, just using AI without a plan to manage risks, security, and potentially harmful AI output is irresponsible.
