Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Vice President of AI Security to lead our team of security specialists and drive the development and implementation of our AI security strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, along with a proven track record in managing and building successful security teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the AI security team and provide strategic direction to ensure the secure development, deployment, and maintenance of AI systems.
- Oversee comprehensive security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability analysis across a range of AI models and applications.
- Collaborate closely with AI development teams, legal, compliance, and other stakeholders to integrate security considerations throughout the AI lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain a robust AI security framework that covers all stages of AI model development and deployment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI security trends, threats, and best practices to proactively identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Manage and mentor a team of security specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Lead incident response efforts in the event of security breaches, coordinating with relevant teams to mitigate risks and implement corrective measures.
- Represent the company’s AI security initiatives to external partners, clients, and industry organizations.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align AI security strategies with the company’s overall mission and goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field. Advanced certifications in cybersecurity are a plus.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in AI security, including vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, and threat modeling.
- Demonstrated success in managing and leading security teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning algorithms, and their associated security challenges.
- Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying and mitigating security risks.
