Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Risk Management Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an AI Risk Management Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing engineering architecture solutions to companies aiming to integrate AI technologies.

Responsibilities:

Develop robust data governance and security protocols, ensuring that customer data is handled responsibly and in compliance with relevant regulations.
Evaluate and implement AI algorithms and models with a focus on transparency, interpretability, and fairness.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in AI technologies, industry best practices, and regulatory changes, and apply this knowledge to provide the most cutting-edge and secure AI solutions.
Assist customers in integrating AI technologies into their existing systems, ensuring seamless interoperability and minimal disruption.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including risk assessment reports, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
Train and educate internal teams and customers on AI risk management best practices, security protocols, and ethical AI usage.Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree in AI or Data Science preferred.
Strong programming background in traditional languages such as Python, Java, C++, or others, with a minimum of 12 years of experience in software development.
Extensive knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies, including natural language processing (NLP), deep learning, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
Proven experience in engineering architecture solutions for AI projects, with a focus on risk management, data privacy, and ethical AI usage.
Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
In-depth understanding of data governance, security protocols, and regulatory compliance, particularly in the context of AI applications.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex AI systems and identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
